I’m Tyler, founder of Ruff Hands Handyman — and while tools have always been in my hands, my journey started in a very different place: serving in the U.S. Army. The discipline, attention to detail, and work ethic I learned in the military shaped who I am today, both as a person and as a professional.

After my service, I wanted to continue making a difference — this time in my own community. Helping people fix, improve, and fall back in love with their homes felt like the perfect mission. What started with a few small repair jobs quickly grew into Ruff Hands Handyman, serving Frankfort, KY, and all surrounding areas.

For me, this work is personal. I treat every project as if it were my own home, showing up on time, doing the job right, and making sure my customers feel taken care of from start to finish.
